Club Meetings /Activities / Projects

October 4, 2016

The monthly Board of Director's Meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. Chairpersons are asked to come prepared to present projects for the month.

October 6, 2016

The regular weekly meeting has been cancelled due to the emminent arrival of Hurricane Matthew.  Members are asked to take all necessary precautions to preserve life. May God watch over us all.

October 13, 2016

Due to the aftermath recovery efforts after the passge of Hurricane Matthew, this week's regular weekly meeting has been cancelled.

October 15, 2016

The club will be implementing a post hurricane roof repair project.

October 20, 2016

The regular weekly meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. at Open Spaces loacted upstairs in the Trehl Plaza on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway (two buildings west of Mario's Bowling Alley). The public is invited to attend.

October 21, 2016

President Desmona will make an official visit to the St. Cecilia's K-Kids Club during their meeting time at 2:30 p.m. in the school's Art Room.

October 22, 2016

The Bahamas Division Council of Kiwanis Clubs will participate in the worldwide Kiwanis One Day: One Way: One K Program by assisting the Red Cross with packaging and delivering items to hurricane victims. The project will commence at 9 am and end at 2 pm.

 

A Home-going Service for Past Director Zelma Bevans will be held at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church on Washington Street beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Southern Cemetery, Spikenard Road.

October 24, 2016

We will interclub with the Kiwanis Club of Nassau AM at their meeting venue located upstairs in the National Workers Credit Union Office situated on Tonique Darling Highway. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.

October 26, 2016

Lunch program at Carlton Francis Primary School, Faith Way off Blue Hill Road South.

October 27, 2016

The regular weekly meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. at Open Spaces loacted upstairs in the Trehl Plaza on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway (two buildings west of Mario's Bowling Alley). The public is invited to attend.
